Coordinated land assembly and acquisition for 300 hectares in north east corridor for international developer.
Effective Property Solutions was engaged by an international land and construction company on a development services basis to coordinate the land assembly and contracting of land for an area that was earmarked for urban rezoning. Over a 3 year period, EPS was able to assist in assembling and contracting approximately 300 hectares. EPS also provided ongoing market commentary, real estate and transaction advice to aid in the negotiation process. The land has now been earmarked for urban expansion and is in the process of being rezoned to residential.
