Acquired 30 hectares for State Government at Cockburn Central
Over a 4-year period, on behalf of the State land development Agency LandCorp, Effective Property Solutions undertook an extensive land acquisition process of 30 hectares of land. This involved the engagement and complex negotiation of various State Government bodies including Department of Planning, Western Australian Planning Commission, WaterCorp and Western Power.
The process required the collation and presentation of multiple comprehensive Business Cases, development feasibilities, structure planning involvement and proposals to acquire to Government Executives and Boards. The land acquisition transaction was successful and is now home to the Fremantle Dockers and City of Cockburn recreational facilities.
