SPECIALIST PERTH PROPERTY FIRM GROWS ITS TEAM
Perth specialist property development services firm Effective Property Solutions has announced it has added Ollie Salimi to its team.
Mr Salimi has been appointed to the role of Senior Manager of Project Development Services with the Burswood-based operation.
Effective Property Solutions’ Founder and Managing Director Erwin Edlinger said Ollie was a fantastic addition to the development consultancy’s growing team, having worked on over 30 development projects across Perth from project acquisition to completion.
“Ollie is a seasoned property development professional with over 10 years of deep experience across many facets of the industry, including acquisitions, project management, project marketing and project sales,” said Mr Edlinger.
“His skillset fits perfectly with the unique blend of end-to-end services we offer our astute property development clients, and we look forward to Ollie being an integral part of our growth trajectory.”
Ollie has held previous development roles with Nicheliving and Yaran Property Group.
