Leon Siew has been involved in the property sector for over a decade now previously specialising in residential property, off-the-plan project marketing, and development/investment consultancy experience across Perth, for major developers including Finbar, SKS, LKD, Fragrance Group and Iris Residential.
Leon has a wide-reaching Asian network, working closely with developers and consulting for Investment Funds in that region. It certainly helps with the ability to speak several dialects, including Mandarin and Cantonese.
An expert in marketing strategies to overseas buyers including We-Chat, Asian publications and the ability to write and translate for the EPS team as and when required.
Leon previously worked for prominent residential real estate agencies, including Realmark, Realesate88, Limnios Property Group, and most recently Colliers International.
Leon manages the international markets platform at EPS, which includes directing overseas channel partners, consulting for international high-net-worth individuals as well as investors both locally, interstate and off-shore.
