Harry brings a practical and considered approach to commercial property projects, supporting clients through various stages of the project and transaction lifecycle.

With a strong understanding of the commercial property sector and a collaborative working style, Harry plays an important role in supporting EPS’s expanding commercial portfolio and strengthening its end to end advisory offering.

Ivan is a licensed business broker, real estate agent, finance broker and certified accountant.

Ivan started his career as an auditor with Deloitte (Singapore) and qualified as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Zac is an experienced former professional athlete, business owner, and medical sales professional with broad exposure to business-related experiences and negotiation through these previous career experiences.

Ollie Salimi brings over a decade of seasoned expertise in project sales and marketing to the EPS team, showcasing a wealth of experience and skills in the realms of project marketing, property investment sales, and development management.

Sarah is a market leading and award-winning residential project sales agent. Sarah was the top selling project sales agent in the Perth market in 2021, selling over 100
properties off the plan and $75 million in property.

Justin is Head of Commercial & Industrial | Sales & Leasing for EPS.
Justin has 15 years of experience working in the Property Sector (Industrial & Residential) and holds a Commerce Degree from Curtin University, majoring in Property Valuation.
