JANDAKOT BUSINESS PARK GIVES GREEN LIGHT
National property developer Capital Prudential’s Jandakot Business Park project has been given the green light.
The 46-unit strata warehouse development at 100 Prinsep Road has just received development approval, paving the way for construction to begin this year.
Specialist property services firm Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has been appointed to manage the project marketing for the development. It is also engaged, alongside MLV, as sales agents for the project.
EPS head of industrial/commercial Justin Mabarrack said the impressive built-form project in Perth’s southern corridor was in high demand already.
“Jandakot Business Park is set to redefine Jandakot’s landscape and bring a new phase of renewal to the area, while adding valuable new stock to a market with significant supply constraints,” explained Mr. Mabarrack.
“On the back of more than 180 enquiries so far, more than a quarter of the estate’s high truss warehouses are already under offer or being held for investors and owner occupiers.
“This precinct is also generating significant interest because of forthcoming high-profile developments and the sustained growth forecast for the area.”
Jandakot Business Park’s warehouses feature exclusive parking bays, three phase power, amenities, including shower facilities, full kitchenettes, and each mezzanine storage. They range in size from 150sqm to 493sqm and the estate has CCTV, landscaped gardens and prominent street signage.
Capital Prudential’s Jack Bennett said the location offered excellent transport connections to key southern corridor precincts.
“With a focus on modernity and functionality, the Jandakot Business Park is poised to become a hub of innovation and growth,” Mr. Bennett said.
“There’s strong demand for these new, smaller format industrial warehouses, so we’re excited to be edging closer to beginning construction and bringing this project to life.”
Designed by Mulder Kampman Design, Jandakot Business Park is expected to be completed by September 2025.
