SPECIALIST PERTH PROPERTY FIRM LAUNCHES PROPERTY INVESTMENT “PARTNER” COMPANY
Perth specialist property services firm Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has unveiled its newest venture, Westcoast Property Invest.
The partner company is aimed at small to medium scale property investors eager to capitalise on WA’s strong property growth amid Perth’s housing shortage.
Led by EPS founder and managing director Erwin Edlinger, Westcoast Property Invest offers an end-to-end service, filling a gap in the market for time-poor investors and “rentvestors”, more specifically seeking residential housing investment in WA.
“It’s no secret WA’s relatively affordable real estate market is ripe for continued growth and investors know there’s a significant window of opportunity at present, with land sales on the rise,” said Mr Edlinger.
“However, investing in high-performing house and land packages as an individual, couple or even a small syndicate can be incredibly challenging.
“As long-time members of WA’s property sector, the EPS team’s deep local knowledge, real time market data, and vast network of highly skilled suppliers, including our well-established land developer and reputable project builder partners, means we’re ideally placed to help investors source off-market future residential land supply.”
Westcoast Property Invest will handle the identification and sourcing of house and land packages, finance, settlement, final building inspections, handovers and the leasing and management of the property for its clients.
The Burswood-based company also offers access to an internal building consultant.
“The simple premise of our fresh new venture is to make smart property investing in solid growth areas hassle-free, which will in turn create more homes to help ease the severe shortage of homes to rent in Perth, sitting at sub 1% vacancy rate currently” said Mr Edlinger, a licensed property valuer and real estate Trianneal License holder.
EPS last year assisted three major land developer clients acquire $30 million of land in the key growth corridor of Henley Brook and assisted in the purchase of 300 hectares of rezoned land in Bullsbrook for an international developer.
In the 2023/24 financial year, EPS has placed under contract more than $200 million in residential, industrial and mixed-use development sites.
